We do have an elevator. There is no bus directly to the hotel, the best way is to take the train to the maintrain station, from there it is only a 14 min walk or you take the bus 13a to johann strauß gasse and from there it will be a 2 min walk

O nosso quarto era confortável e espaçoso. O satff foi prestativo quando tivemos um pequeno problema com o assento da privada. A ducha era muito boa.
O sinal de wi-fi era fraco e a cortina do quarto não era black-out; a janela ficava ao lado de uma placa luminosa que enchia o quarto com uma luz verde...

As tomadas da próximas a cama não funcionavam e o celular não despertou por falta de bateria, portanto perdemos a hora. Foi terrível neste aspecto.

Atendimento rápido e 24h. Nos deram suporte para deixar a mala no locker do hotel por 2 dias em que viajamos para outras cidades.
Longe do metro, muito barulho no hotel, café da manhã a parte e um pouco caro.

A cama era confortável .
O quarto tinha cheiro de cigarro, móveis mal conservados , cadeira com assento sujo . Ficamos num quarto de frente para a rua, embora tenhamos pedido quarto mais silencioso, quando solicitamos a troca o funcionário disse que não poderia fazer nada porque o gerente não estava no hotel.
